* Your chocolate is shipped from West Chester, PA. Orders shipped to Eastern PA, CT, NJ, DE, MD, Southeastern NY, and Northern VA arrive in 3-4 business days with Standard Ground shipping. Please refer to the shipping map to view how long your chocolate will be in transit when shipped from our location using Standard Ground shipping.

Shipping rates are calculated per package. Packages will only be delivered Monday through Friday. There is no weekend or holiday delivery available. If you have particular shipping needs, please call the shop at 610-692-5206. Thank you for your understanding.

Due to the volume of orders we receive, orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days of order placement unless the Overnight shipping option is chosen. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your chocolate to you as quickly and as fresh as possible.

*Due to seasonal conditions, ground shipping may not be available to certain states during certain times of the year. These states include: AK, AL, AR, CA, CO, FL,HI, ID, KS, LA, MS, NM, NV, OK, OR, TX, UT and WA.

THE DELICACY OF OUR CHOCOLATE

Due to the perishability and delicate nature of our products, we generally do not recommend more than 2 to 3 days of transit time. We HIGHLY recommend that you select either 2nd day or next day shipping if your destination is in a warmer climate or season or your location is more than 2 days for ground transit.

Nobody likes melted or broken chocolate, which is why we generally do not send any shipments out past Wednesday at 12pm EST. We do not want the quality of your chocolate to be compromised due to extended periods in a warehouse or truck, so any orders made past Wednesday at 12pm will be sent out the following Monday. We will only send out packages past Thursday if it is for overnight delivery.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All of our shipping vendors deliver only on business days, unless Saturday delivery is specified (additional charges apply). Our shipping vendors may, on occasion, require a signature for a delivery at the discretion of the driver. Deliveries to businesses occur between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. Deliveries to residences occur between 9am and 7pm, Monday through Friday.

During peak holiday seasons, shipping may be delayed based on the volume of orders received. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your chocolate to you as quickly and as fresh as possible. We aim to fulfill all orders to ship from our West Chester facility within 24-48 hours of processing (unless past Wednesday at 12pm or otherwise specified). In order to ensure the best and freshest chocolate, orders cannot ship over the weekend, so for Standard shipments, your package may be held until the following Monday.
