Éclat Chocolate’s premiere chocolate bar made with hand selected Peruvian Pure Nacional Beans. Chef Christopher Curtin selects the top 5% of one of the rarest, harvested and most prized cacao crops in the world. The bar marries the purity and smoothness of the chocolate, with the raw appeal of the beans’ deliciously bitter cocoa nibs.
A percentage of the proceeds will go directly back to the farmers to help maintain the already established Peruvian Rice Hull Stove Project.
