  • Is your credit card processing safe?

    Absolutely. We use the highest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol for security and data integrity so that all transactions on our website are encrypted and safely communicated. Our shopping cart uses PayPal for credit card processing — a trusted service provider. Additionally, credit card numbers are never stored anywhere in our system; so the risk of theft and fraud are minimized.

  • How is my customer information used?

    We only use customer information to process orders. We never share or sell any customer information. We may contact you to follow up on an order or to communicate offers. However, you can always opt-out of future communications by following the unsubscribe link in the email.

  • How much is shipping?

    We charge standard rates for shipping and handling within the continental U.S. based on the destination and package weight of each order.

  • Do you ship outside the U.S.?

    International shipping costs vary according to the destination and weight of the package. Please call 610-692-5206 to place your order.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    We aim to ship your chocolates within 24 hours of receiving your order; however we produce every chocolate fresh so it may take 2-3 days to process your order before it is shipped. Typically, orders placed by 12pm EST Monday through Wednesday are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12pm EST Wednesday through Monday morning will be shipped on Monday. During peak holiday seasons shipping may be delayed based on the volume of orders we receive. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your chocolate to you as quickly and as fresh as possible.

  • How do you ship?

    Generally, our preferred method of shipment is via FedEx. We may use other carriers for shipments outside the continental U.S.

  • Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

    We regret to inform you that we do not. We recommend that you specify a shipping address where someone can sign for the package. This helps ensure that your chocolates arrive fresh and in tact, whether for yourself or a gift recipient.

  • Do you offer specials for weddings?

    We do. We can create one-of-a-kind pieces for any special occasion. Please see our occasions page for ideas. And contact us at 610-692-5206 to discuss your upcoming event.

  • How long do your chocolates last?

    Our chocolates taste best when enjoyed within ten days of receipt.

  • What varieties do you have?

  • Can I customize a box?

    Of course. While we recommend assortments so you can experience a range of flavors, we can do custom boxes. Please call 610-692-5206 for custom orders. However, if you are looking for a box of Caramel Truffles, you can easily order it from our shop chocolates section.

  • Can I make a custom order through the website?

    We feel that our most successful custom orders come through conversation and collaboration. Please call us at 610-692-5206 to discuss a custom order or unique creation.

  • Can I custom order a specific variety?

    Yes, however, because our stock changes daily, we cannot guarantee that we will have a certain variety on a specific day.

  • I'm allergic to nuts? Can you accommodate me?

    While very few of our products feature nuts, peanuts and hazelnuts are used and stored on premises. Therefore, some products may include trace elements of nuts. Please call 610-692-5206, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • What if I'm allergic to gluten?

    Gluten can be found in a select number of our truffles. Again, please call 610-692-5206, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Are your chocolates vegetarian?

    Our chocolates are vegetarian-friendly; however, they cannot be considered vegan as they contain dairy products.

  • How will I know what I am eating?

    Well, that depends on your order. If you order an assortment box of our signature truffles, we believe there is something to be said for being surprised with your first bite, but there is also a picture taste guide included in each box. Should you order one of our new Mendiants, you'll find that tasting notes have been provided both on the website and the packaging.

  • What is the cocoa content?

    Cocoa content varies depending on the chocolate. We use chocolate that ranges from 39 percent to 75 percent cocoa mass.
